HAYRETTIN YEL

RA, NCARB | Principal Architect

Hayrettin Yel is the founder and principal architect of Yel Architect. A New York State Registered Architect with more than 20 years of experience, he has worked on residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally.

His work combines thoughtful design with technical coordination, constructability, and detailed permit and construction documentation. His experience includes high-end residential design, retail and commercial projects, zoning and code analysis, consultant coordination, and large-scale aviation facilities.

Hayrettin earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute in 2002. He is a Registered Architect in New York State and holds an NCARB Certificate.

Each project receives direct principal involvement from initial planning through final documentation and construction coordination.
